Best catfish around the Tri cities

This place was really good! We had shrimp and flounder. Plus they were really nice in there. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the swordfish steak with baked beans and my girlfriend had the fisherman's platter. They were excellent. The platter came with whitetail, several fried oysters, hush puppies, shrimp, stuffed crab and a stuffed oyster. The swordfish was a bit on the dry side but still very good and very filling. We also had the Clam chowder app. I have had better but it wasn't bad. It could have been a bit thicker. Also, my swordfish came with a large side salad and hush puppies. Their baked beans are very good as well.

First time there it was awesome our waitress was on point. We had great food and great service. Very friendly and very clean.

The food was delicious and our server was really nice. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the tarter sauce and the cocktail sauce were thin and didn't have the taste that they had before. The cocktail sauce just didn't taste like it had all the ingredients in it and the tarter sauce was lacking something. But I will go back and hopefully they will have fixed the sauces. Hope you go by and give them a try.

Service was excellent. Food was cooked properly. The menu is a slight bit confusing. I gave it a four because the food and the service was excellent. I would have given it a 5 except if you want to swap your salad for slaw it cost $2.50. If you want to swap your slaw for salad it cost $2.50. They are getting extra money for both. Not fair for the customer.

Always eat here great tasting seafood especially the salt pepper catfish and hush puppies, very nice waitresses also.

The fish and shy we're awesome, as were the baked potato and hush puppies. The slaw not so much. The last time I was there the slaw was awesome but I think they changed it.

Had never eaten here before. Am glad that we did...the lunch specials are great prices for the amount of food you get. EVERYTHING was hot and fresh. I will definitely revisit next time I am in the area!

We get take out from here all the time. Nice little mom and pop seafood place. Food is always good and very plentiful, and prices are pretty reasonable.

Love the clam strips. You get a lot of hush puppies which are small but very tasty. Waitress was friendly and attentive. She was quick to being refills and checked on us frequently. Restaurant was clean.

The service was outstanding! Loved her! The food was undercooked and not that good for the $... Just saying...

They have good sized portions and the restuarant is clean and well run in terms of customer service. It's a mom and pop place place and I prefer to support local business. I like everything about it, except the food. It's not bad, just kind of bland. It's hard to do good seafood this far from the coast.

Solid food at decent prices. Dinner is a great place for fish is the Kingsport area and only of the few places that stocks clam strips year round. Serving sizes are adequate for the price and nothing feels over priced. Wait staff is always friendly and attentive and orders have always been accurate. If there was one area for improvement it would be the drinks. The fountain drinks are off with the mixture leaving all of the options tasting subpar. This has been a problem for a long time so I assume it is a problem with the machine or calibration rather than a bad syrup. Finally do note that in the summer they run fans under lights creating a strobe effect that can cause migraines if you are sensitive to that ask to be seated away from the fans.

Best seafood place in Kingsport period! The food is always great and it is always reasonably priced. Even seafood restaurants at beaches I have been to can't compare to fisherman's dock. They always give you more than you can eat so be prepared to ask for a take-home box which I love also because that becomes lunch the next day. I love this restaurant

Catfish is always on point. I literally don't think there's a bad dish here. The owners are precious Greek people. So friendly. Recommended if you have a hankering for quality seafood.

This place is a gem. The best catfish I've had outside of the Gulf Coast. Portions are generous, prices are more than reasonable, service is friendly and very fast. I'll come here again and again.

Good food well worth the price

This was our first time dining here and we were very pleased. My husband had the combo plate & it was a very generous portion. I had the ribeye steak and it was as good as any steakhouse food. We will definitely be back. It is a lot closer than the harbor house. Our waitress, Jessica, was very sweet and efficient.

Not a seafood fan, so I got the hamburger steak dinner. Huge portions and very well prepared. The folks I ate with did, however, get seafood and they all looked it very well. Awesome hush puppies and good service. Good value as the prices are very reasonable. Recommend!
